By using ParaLLaps you agree to these terms.

The service

ParaLLaps analyses video you record of RC racing. It is offered free during early access; we may add paid plans later and will tell you before anything you use starts to cost money.

Your content

Your videos and sessions remain yours. You give us permission to store and process what you sync or share only to run the service for you. Only upload or share video you have the right to use.

Accuracy

Positions, speeds, g-forces and lap times are estimates from video and can be wrong. Don't rely on them for official timing, safety or anything beyond practice and analysis.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, overload or disrupt it, or share unlawful content through share links. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

ParaLLaps is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Ending use

You can stop using ParaLLaps at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may change or discontinue the service and will give reasonable notice where we can.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use ParaLLaps after a change means you accept it.
